The trip from Dallas-Ft. Worth is less than 500 miles, but I don't think the ride is as nice. I have not driven it, but in general I still think the east coast landscape is nicer.
An advantage is that we can take a detour and go to Shrevesport LA and get real Boudin sausage.
And thinking of sausage...
By the way Armand, because of the early date, does that mean you will not be able to consider the trip? I'm looking forward to meeting you all. (y'all for those of you might want to hear some Texas dialect).
